Text message sign-up for My Loved Ones
My Loved Ones by Acme Longterm sends text messages only to family caregivers who sign up and agree to receive them. This page explains how that works.
How caregivers agree to receive texts
- A family member or the care community gives the caregiver the My Loved Ones sign-up web address, in person, on a printed card or by email. We do not send a text to ask for permission.
- The caregiver opens the sign-up page in their phone's browser. No app is needed.
- The caregiver enters their own mobile number and ticks a consent box that is not ticked in advance. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Texts start only after the caregiver taps "Start messages". The first text confirms the sign-up and explains how to stop and get help.

Stopping and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts at once. You will get one text confirming that you are unsubscribed, and nothing after it. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
Our texts never include health or medical information. My Loved Ones is not an alert or emergency system. In an emergency, call 911.
