This policy explains how Acme Longterm handles information for its website and for My Loved Ones by Acme Longterm, including its text messages. Acme Longterm is operated as a sole proprietorship. Contact: [email protected].

Information we collect

• Your mobile number, and email address if you give it, when you sign up for My Loved Ones texts.
• A record that you agreed to receive texts: when, how, and which version of this policy you saw.
• Your settings, such as the time of day you want your text.
• Records of when texts were sent and keywords you reply with, such as STOP or HELP. We do not store the text of your replies.

How we use it

We use your mobile number only to send the My Loved Ones texts you asked for, sign-up and security codes, and links to your settings. We do not use it for advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

• We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the text message providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.
• Message frequency: usually 1 text a day, plus sign-up and security messages and any replies you ask for. Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation and no further texts.
• Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
• Our texts never include health or medical information.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the service, such as our text message provider and our hosting provider, and only so they can do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

If you stop texts, we keep your number for up to 30 days so you can turn texts back on, then delete it. We keep the record that you agreed or opted out for as long as we need it to show that we followed your choice.

Your choices

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. To ask what we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it, email [email protected].

Children

My Loved Ones is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
